• Assists all Louisiana Department of Insurance (LDI) offices in the interpretation and application of the Louisiana Insurance Code
• Promulgates rules and regulations
• Takes enforcement and action against regulated entities
• Prepares and files pleadings and makes appearances in judicial and administrative proceedings involving the LDI
