Act No. 427 of the 2014 Regular Session of the Louisiana Legislature

Act No. 427 of the 2014 Regular Legislative Session of the Louisiana Legislature sunsetted May 1, 2017. It required insurance companies writing homeowners policies to annually submit data to the Louisiana Department of Insurance (LDI) including direct paid loss by peril, the number of policies written and direct written premiums by year, zip code and parish. The Louisiana Department of Insurance is no longer collecting Act 427 data.
