LDI Bringing Insurance Information to Lake Charles

What: Information and Assistance for Residents Affected by Hurricane Laura

When: September 28 – October 2 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day

Where: Flood Distribution Center, Henry Heights Recreation Center, 801 East School Street, Lake Charles, LA

The Louisiana Department of Insurance (LDI) Office of Consumer Advocacy and Diversity will be bringing consumer assistance directly to Lake Charles residents affected by Hurricane Laura. LDI staff will be providing information on filing insurance claims, rebuilding after the storm and answering consumer questions about insurance after Hurricane Laura. Staff will be in Lake Charles on Monday, September 28 through Friday, October 2. Assistance will be available between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. each day.
