Description of Accepted Action: The Department of Insurance is promulgating Regulation 118 to comply with Acts 2021, No. 223, §1 of the Regular Session of the Louisiana Legislature that enacted R.S. 22:11 (C), which requires the commissioner to promulgate rules and regulations to govern the business of insurance in the event of a declaration of emergency.
