Description of Accepted Action:  The Department of Insurance is amending Regulation 89 as necessary to implement the provisions of Act No. 73 of the 2023 Regular Session of the Louisiana Legislature and to incorporate pertinent standards, rules, and requirements included in the National Association of Insurance Commissioners’ Suitability in Annuity Transactions model regulation.;
