Senate Resolution 145

Senate Resolution 145, passed during the 2018 Regular Session of the Louisiana Legislature, requested that the Louisiana Department of Insurance (LDI) research statistics and the ten-year history of insurer’s coverage of diabetes-related medication and report its findings to the Louisiana Senate Committee on Insurance. To assist in this research, LDI requests that all major medical insurers and health maintenance organizations complete the reporting worksheet and submit the worksheet electronically to [email protected] no later than November 15, 2018.
