NAIC Public Online Fraud Reporting System - Use this link if you are a consumer, member of the general public or company or industry employee wanting to report fraud.

NICB Member Referrals - Property and casualty insurance companies who are members of the National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB) may report questionable/suspect insurance claims by clicking on the ISO Claim Search link.

Note: Louisiana laws La. R.S. 22:1928 and La. R.S. 40:1425 both provide immunity from a lawsuit (i.e., a defense to the lawsuit) for reporting suspected insurance fraud if the report is made in good faith.
