Add/Remove Insurers for Risk Purchasing Group
A risk purchasing group must identify the insurance company from which the group intends to purchase its insurance. A risk purchasing group may add or remove an insurer by logging into the Risk Purchasing Group Update module within the Industry Access on the Louisiana Department of Insurance website and following the instructions.
A risk purchasing group is required to notify the Department of Insurance of the any change in insurers within the 15th day of following month.
