Add/Remove Producers for Risk Purchasing Group

A risk purchasing group must identify the producers through which the group intends to purchase its insurance. A risk purchasing group may add or remove a producer by logging into the Risk Purchasing Group Update module within the Industry Access Portal on the Louisiana Department of Insurance website and following the instructions.

A risk purchasing group is required to notify the Department of Insurance of the any change in producers within the 15th day of following month.
