Cancelling of Registration for Risk Purchasing Group

Risk purchasing group registration expire annually on March 1 of every year. A risk purchasing group which will no longer be doing business in Louisiana may allow the registration to expire or submit a written statement requesting to cancel the registration.

A request for cancellation of the registration must include an effective date. This request can be submitted to the LDI at [email protected].
