Producer Branch Office Location Information

A business entity which holds an insurance producer license must notify the Department of the addition of a branch location within thirty days of the date of opening the location. This notice must include the name and Louisiana producer license number of the business entity along with the full municipal address of the branch location. Any addition of a branch location can be reported in Industry Access. Louisiana law requires that an individual licensed insurance producer must be present at each branch location.

Adjusters are not required to submit notice of branch locations.
