Resident and nonresident producers and adjusters, including business entities, report name changes electronically through National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR) at https://nipr.com/  Go to the Online Application and select the Demographic Update option. Resident licensees must upload proof of legal name change to the NIPR Attachment Warehouse at the time of filing. There is no fee charged for this filing service.
