License Examinations
PSI is the examination vendor for Louisiana insurance licensing. Individuals can schedule an appointment to sit for an examination at a PSI testing center. Details about the examination process can be found on their website at https://test-takers.psiexams.com/ladi.
Fingerprinting
IdentoGo/Idemia is the statewide fingerprint vendor for the processing of criminal background checks. IdentoGO locations for Livescan fingerprinting are available throughout Louisiana. Claims Adjuster Standards of Conduct
Act 402 of 2021 Regular Session of the Louisiana State Legislature sets forth certain standards of conduct for claims adjusters to adhere to when adjusting Louisiana claims. Act 402 also requires that a licensed claims adjuster acknowledge that they have read the standards of conduct upon license issuance and at each license renewal.
