An examination is required for producer applicants for the lines of Life, Accident & Health or Sickness, Property, Casualty, Personal Lines, Bail Bonds, Title, Surplus Lines, Surety and Industrial Fire. The producer lines of Credit, Travel, Variable Life and Variable Annuity and Limited Life, Health and Accident do not have an exam requirement. - Be fingerprinted.
LDI will receive test scores from PSI within one to two days. Results from fingerprinting are generally received within seven to 10 days.
Individuals who are already actively licensed as a resident and are adding a new license type or line of authority are not required to be fingerprinted.
